I don’t know why, but the words ’papa’, ’mummy’ sound so sweeeeeeet when the little kids utter them. May be the learn it first because they are taught to utter these. Parents rae the first persons in the world, they make interaction with. And they care them each and every moment. It’s abvious that they find parents the most lovable and interesting things of the world around them.
